What You'll Do :
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring high-caliber candidates.Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and build out the salesforce.Use innovative strategies to attract diverse, top-tier talent via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Help shape the future of Momentum Solar by identifying and onboarding stellar team members.Work Experience

Qualifications :
