RN- Hospice

Hospice RN – $90,000–$105,000 + Sign-On Bonus

We are hiring an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse to deliver quality, patient-centered care and support families through end-of-life care.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct hospice nursing care per individualized plans

• Perform assessments, implement interventions, and document accurately

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for coordinated care

• Participate in rotating on-call coverage (evenings/weekends)

Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered RN license (state of employment)

• Hospice or palliative care experience preferred

• Driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $90,000–$105,000 annually

• Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday day shifts

• On-call rotation required
