Host (B&E - FT Reg)

Job Description

We are currently hiring a Full Time Host in Rehoboth Beach, DE at Brewings & Eats

Welcomes guests and coordinates the flow and seating of patrons throughout areas of the building. Answers customers questions concerning the location, history, and our merchandise.

What You'll Brew :

• Address any compliments or complaints of patrons and relaying the information to management
• Maintains appearance suitable to guests' expectations and compliant with company policy
• Greets guests, identifies seating plan, directing them to the bars, tables, or kitchen counter location, sets up advertising displays, arranges merchandise in retail area to promote sales
• Provides guests beer menu's, ensure menu's are on surrounding tables and are clean, wiped down
• Daily tracking of any reservations or private events that might be taking place
• Communicates with staff and managers regarding any business situations & requests
• Obtains merchandise requested by customer and receives merchandise selected by customer
• Wraps or Bags merchandise for customers
• Suggestively sell additional merchandise to customers
• Provides hi-chairs, booster seats, and crayons for children when necessary
• Cleans shelves, host stand area, and surrounding tables, and merchandise area / shelves
• Maintains the wait list

Level : 10

In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $15.00-$18.00 per hour. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location.
