As Total Rewards Analyst you'll be responsible to support the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation, incentives, and benefits programs. This role will play a key part in ensuring our total rewards offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals and talent strategy.

Compensation

• Assist with annual compensation planning exercises (merit, bonus LTIP, salary structure updates), policy and guideline interpretation.
• Prepare new hire and internal job change pay recommendations.
• Conduct job evaluations and market pricing to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide guidance on offers, promotions, and compensation decisions.
