Key Responsibilities
Co-create and implement the enablement strategy for a high-performing Deal Desk team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and tools for Deal Desk teams
Measure and track the impact of enablement solutions while managing risks and stakeholder communications
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in learning and training or driving enablement programs
BA or BS degree or related practical experience
Experience in building and measuring learning and development programs for sales professionals
Proven success in managing cross-functional teams
Experience with SaaS solutions and Learning Management Systems
