About the Position:

RGH Global is seeking a Registered Nurse for the HCR Nursing Unit Rehab. This full-time position is available on the Day Shift (36/36 hours). As a Registered Nurse in the rehabilitation unit, you'll be providing compassionate, individualized care to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or other health conditions requiring rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, patient-centered care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care based on scientific nursing principles.
• Utilize rehabilitation equipment and assist patients in recovery.
• Maintain patient records in compliance with hospital policies and ensure confidential handling of patient data (HIPAA).
• Participate in department committees, surveys, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Follow the standards of the Texas Nurse Practice Act.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, AD).
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse license.
• Certifications:
• CPR/BCLS certification.
• Skills & Abilities:
• Ability to input data into computer programs.
• Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment and processes.
• Strong ability to interact with patients and families while maintaining the standard of professional nursing.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience).
