Position Overview :

The Accounts Payable Associate plays a crucial role in the financial operations of our organization by ensuring that all vendor invoices are processed, approved, and paid in an accurate and timely manner. This position requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining financial integrity.

Essential Functions :

Invoice Processing

• Receive and review vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Enter invoices into the accounting system and obtain necessary approvals.

Payment Processing

Vendor Relations

Record Maintenance

Team Collaboration

Skills and Qualifications :

Education and Experience :

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business is preferred.

Two years of related experience and / or training is required in lieu of education requirements.
