Install heating, cooling, ventilation, and IAQ systems in residential homes. Ensure HVAC installations are completed according to manufacturer specifications, safety codes, and local regulations. Conduct system testing to ensure proper operation and performance. Review and follow installation schedules, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate installation details to homeowners. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle to ensure readiness for each job. Stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC industry trends and technologies. Assist with troubleshooting and repair tasks as needed. Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC installation (residential experience preferred). Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and installations. Knowledge of local codes and safety regulations related to HVAC systems. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and customer service focus. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment when necessary. EPA Certification required.
