The Analytical Group, Inc is seeking an entry level Data Processing Director to join our team immediately. In this role, you will work closely with multiple clients in the market research industry, using our software, WinCross, to create crosstab reports. Previously experience using WinCross, SPSS or knowledge of market research is a great advantage, but not required.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver accurate data analysis.
  • Create crosstabs and Excel reports using WinCross.
  • Utilize Excel and Word for study management and documentation.
  • Ability to follow a detailed tab plan and questionnaire.
  • Answering WinCross support questions.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience with WinCross is a significant advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Word is required.
  • Familiarity with SPSS is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
