Digital Product Manager

Job Summary :
As a Digital Product Manager , you will lead strategic development, growth, and performance of our website and Shopify shop. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class digital experiences that drive customer engagement, design, conversion, traffic, and revenue growth. This role will touch many parts of our digital teams and have a direct impact on the user experience and DTC revenue.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the Shopify ecosystem, optimizing site performance, UX / UI, and standardizing 3 of our Shopify stores.
- Execute the product strategy on Shopify Plus, ensuring proper setup, collaboration between teams, and launch of new products and services.
- Lead end-to-end product development of our 3rd Party partners
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to drive data-driven product decisions.
- Collaborate with UX / UI designers, developers, marketing, and external agency to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Implement A / B testing, user research, and analytics to continuously refine and improve PDPs and Landing Pages.
- Monitor KPIs and provide performance reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
Requirements :
4-7 years of experience in digital product management, preferably within an eCommerce / retail company.Experience in consumer direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands or retail.Proven experience managing Shopify or Shopify Plus, including third-party apps and custom integrations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.Ability to deliver simple insights through large sets of data.Knowledge of UX / UI principles, A / B testing, and conversion rate optimization.Familiarity with web development processes, APIs, and integrations.Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.Ability to adapt and not be precious with your ideas. Things change very quickly here.Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and other analytics toolsAbility to collaborate with various internal teams to deliver on project deadlinesKnowledge of subscription models, loyalty programs, and personalization strategies.
