Overview

As a Dental Insurance Verification Coordinator , you will play a crucial role in supporting the verification, plan build, and proper linking of insurances for all appointments scheduled in a specified market. Please note, this is an on-site position based at our Support Center in beautiful Boca Raton, FL .

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume new patient insurance verifications for PPO.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
• Retain specific avenues and verification methods effectively.
• Maintain a well-organized system of operation with appropriate team members.
• Communicate and document all issues and resolutions clearly.
• Be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and multitask efficiently.
• Collaborate as a strong team player, open to direction in a team environment.
• Engage in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the company and position.
• Meet goals set forth by management.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations.
