Responsibilities

• Serve as the outsourced Controller / CFO for multiple nonprofit clients, guiding financial strategy and transformation.
• Prepare financial reporting for management, board decision-making, and presentations.
• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting, operations, internal controls, and compliance policies and procedures.
• Handle transactional activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payroll, general accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, and maintain workpapers.
• Analyze and visualize data, budget and forecast.
• Manage grant reporting, allocations, and funder reporting.
• Prepare for and manage annual audit.
• Provide client and staff training opportunities.

Compensation

Starting hourly rate is $50 to $65 per hour for this non-exempt position. Total compensation may increase with overtime pay and eligibility for various bonuses. A professional development reimbursement and technology stipend are also provided on an annual basis.
