Emergency Response Paramedic Specialist

Salary : $27.14 - $51.08 per hour (DOE)

Sign-On Bonus : $5,000 for Full-Time Positions

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate each emergency call to determine the appropriate response in line with advanced Paramedic protocols.
• Utilize medical equipment and procedures effectively, including defibrillators, EKG monitors, and intravenous fluids, to deliver high-quality medical care.
• Engage with patients and their families, providing information and reassurance about the care being administered.
• Lead the Paramedic team by managing the scene and coordinating unit operations as required.
• Drive the ambulance during 911 responses, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with all healthcare and public safety personnel, as well as fellow Paramedics.

Experience : Previous healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary Range : $27.14 - $51.08 per hour depending on experience, applicable for 12-hour shifts averaging 20 to 49 hours per week.
