Key Responsibilities

• Dedicated to delivering award-winning customer service in an inside-sales environment.
• Identify prospective customers through company-generated inbound leads.
• Conduct customer needs analysis to understand goals.
• Create relationships with prospects and customers to establish trust and encourage referral business.
• Follow up with outbound calls to interested consumers.
• Close sales and advise customers on next steps.
• Stay current on new products and complete ongoing education for licensing and compliance.
