SOUS CHEF

Eggs Up Grill is hiring immediately for a SOUS CHEF to join our team!!

We serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch daily from 6am to 2:30pm. Work with us and be home in time for dinner. Must be a great multitasker, professional, and have previous cooking experience in a fast paced restaurant.

• Full-time and part-time positions available. Serious applicants only!!
• Must be available on the weekends & holidays
• Must be 18 years old or older to apply
• Rate of pay is negotiable and depends on the skillset and level of training

What you will do:

• Prepare and follow recipes
• Read tickets to determine what/when items need to be prepared
• Clean the back of the house work stations to ensure sanitation and cleanliness
• Work as a team with other back of the house staff

Requirements

• Running inside expo is a huge plus!!
• Minimum of 3 year's experience in a restaurant management role
• Must have ServSafe MANAGER certificate
