Job Description

The Plant Manager will report directly into the CEO and be responsible for :

• Oversee daily plant operations including manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
• Drive productivity, throughput, and process optimization using Lean / Continuous Improvement principles.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of supervisors, operators, and technicians.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet customer and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and capacity planning initiatives.
• Identify and implement best practices to scale production and improve margins.
