Job descriptionArchitect, build, and maintain highly-available, robust distributed systems Design, implement, test, and debug code across the software stack Collaborate with ML Engineers to develop blazing-fast online RL systems at scale 4+ years of software development experience Strong technical foundation and breadth with experience architecting large-scale distributed systems Hands‑on development experience building and optimizing across the software stack Proficiency programming in Golang, Java, Scala, or Python; Rust is a big plus Strong sense of ownership, initiative, problem solving, and analysis Effective communicator and collaborator with the ability to work closely with ML Engineers
