Position : Technical Program Manager - Autonomous Vehicles

Location : Santa Clara, CA

Pay Rate : $75–$85 / hour

Contract : 12 months + extensions

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and experienced Program Manager to help bring an autonomous vehicle platform to market. This role is part of a focused effort to productize groundbreaking solutions that will redefine transportation and accelerate the future of self-driving cars.

You will collaborate with multi-functional engineering teams across various vehicle subsystems to integrate their work into an autonomous software platform, ensuring compliance with automotive standards. This is an opportunity to work on exciting, meaningful projects with real-world impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and interdependencies across hardware, software, and validation teams.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering leads to define requirements, success metrics, and deliverables
• Establish program governance frameworks and tracking mechanisms for milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Drive alignment across multiple teams, including vehicle integration and testing
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate technical progress, blockers, and trade-offs effectively to executives and stakeholders.
