Your Role:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in Russian through chats & emails and calls.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
