About the Role :

We are looking for a Network Automation Senior Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain scalable integrations across AR / VR devices, testing frameworks, and lab network infrastructures. This role bridges network engineering and development, with a focus on automation, data collection, and operational tooling to support seamless device testing and continuous integration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and Deploy Integrations : Respond to integration requests across AR / VR devices, smartphones, and testing frameworks, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
• Tooling & Automation : Build and maintain REST / API services and internal tools to automate network functionalities and system processes.
• Data Collection & Metrics : Capture and analyze KPIs from lab networks and test environments to support engineering decisions.
• Monitoring & Reporting : Implement network monitoring systems (e.g., IP SLA) and generate performance reports with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Unidash).
• Database & Interface Management : Work with multiple database types (TSDB, NoSQL, SQL) and interfaces such as API, REST, and gRPC.
• Documentation & Handoff : Create end-to-end solution documentation for handoffs and support, including training materials and operational guides.
• Work to be performed onsite 5 days a week in Menlo Park, CA
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What You'll Need :

Minimum 5+ years of Network Engineering experience

Proven experience in network engineering and DevOps , ideally with a 60 / 40 or 70 / 30 split of expertise across both.

Proficient in Python , Bash , and working with APIs .

Experience with network monitoring , automation, and data collection systems.

Familiarity with adb / idb interfaces and Android / iOS ecosystems.

Skilled in using data analysis tools and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau).

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Professional Experience :

Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Excellent communication and documentation capabilities.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
