We are seeking an enthusiastic and certified Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor at Elite Sports Clubs, you will have the opportunity to teach swim lessons in a supportive and dynamic environment, helping individuals of all ages and abilities develop their swimming skills and water confidence.
Responsibilities : Conduct swim lessons for individuals and small groups, following established curriculum and lesson plans.
Provide hands-on instruction and guidance to participants, focusing on stroke technique, water safety, and skill development.
Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs and abilities of each swimmer, ensuring a positive and effective learning experience.
Monitor and evaluate swimmers' progress, providing feedback and encouragement to support their growth and improvement. Maintain a safe and organized swim environment, enforcing pool rules and safety protocols at all times.
Communicate effectively with participants and parents, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
Qualifications : Certified Swim Instructor from a recognized organization (e.g., American Red Cross, YMCA). CPR and First Aid certification.
Previous experience teaching swim lessons preferred, but not required. Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm for working with individuals of all ages and abilities. Benefits : Competitive compensation.
