Delivery Driver

This position involves traveling to customer locations to provide professional, friendly service while managing the pickup and delivery of textile restoration items. Responsibilities include accurately documenting and labeling incoming items, completing required forms, entering information into the computer system, and ensuring all orders are returned on time and to the highest service standards.

Essential Functions and Duties :
Travel to job sites, interact professionally with homeowners, and coordinate with service providers, adjusters, and insurance representativesPick up, inventory, sort, label, and package textiles and other content items for restoration, ensuring all paperwork and special handling forms are completed accuratelyEvaluate items for restoration, ensure accurate bag / box counts, and return items for processing according to company guidelinesDeliver completed orders, re-hang window treatments, when necessary, obtain customer signatures, and promptly report shortages or complaints to managementCommunicate regularly with managers and sales teams regarding job progress, timelines, rush orders, and customer follow-up needsMaintain company vehicles, tools, and a professional appearance while complying with all program requirements and proceduresQualifications :
