Able to reframe challenges and find innovative solutions to problems. Strong data modelling / data analysis understanding. Understanding of challenges associated with large data updates.
Job Description : Ideal :
- Experience of managing complex system data updates.
- Knowledge of CMDB, APM and asset management databases and relevant challenges.
- Understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
- Experience of data modelling with CSDM in ServiceNow for a broadcast / media production organisation.
- Experience of managing asset audits.
