Principle Job Duties
The successful candidate will have the ability to perform the following tasks :
Developing and revising plan of care based on assessments data and individuals' outcomes.Implementing prescribed nursing interventions.Documenting timely, outcome based information.Administering prescribed medications as needed.Assisting in transporting individuals to medical appointments outside of the facility or to on-site clinics.The Ideal Candidate Will Have :
Will have a Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Utah.One or more years of professional experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred but not requiredOne or more years of professional experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred but not required.Why Join Our Team

Responsibilities
Providing direct patient care oriented toward improving or maintaining health and preventing illness.Maintaining and updating patient charts, records, and information in an in-house computer program.Performing physical examinations and / or preventive health measures to assess and evaluate patient's clinical problems and health care needs.Coordinating clinical activities and follow-up.In-servicing direct care staff to assist individuals in taking medications through a self-medication program.Working with individuals with feeding pumps and administering medications through G & J tubes.Minimum Qualifications
