Job Title : Systems Analyst with Java, spring & Oracle expertise

Location : Smithfield , RI (Hybrid 2 weeks onsite , 2 weeks remote)

Duration : Long term Contract with possibility of Conversion

Interview : 2 rounds, 1st with manager, 2nd will be technical with team.

Ideal Candidate :

Looking for a Senior Systems Analyst with strong Agile experience, deep understanding of backend systems (Java / Spring), excellent SQL skills, and the ability to gather / translate business requirements into user stories. The ideal candidate will have testing experience, work well in a fast-paced Agile squad, and preferably have financial domain knowledge.

What is the Role?

The role is part of the Workplace Investing (WI) Platform Technology Group, helping build systems to close the retirement savings coverage gap. You will work as part of an agile squad, collaborating with developers, analysts, and stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

• 6+ years in systems analysis for technology / software solutions
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and tools like Jira
• Experience writing user stories, functional specs, and solution requirements
• Strong SQL skills - including writing complex queries
• Familiarity with Java, Spring Framework, and backend architecture
• Testing experience - unit testing / automation testing
• Exposure to Oracle and Cypress
• Proficient in using tools like Postman for API testing
