Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Business Operating Systems team. This role offers hands-on experience in optimizing and supporting the systems and processes that drive operational efficiency across the organization. The intern will assist in analyzing workflows, documenting procedures, and supporting system implementations and upgrades. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, and have strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Job Duties :
Operation site & Documentation Governance
- Continue building the SBOS enterprise site as the Process Center of Excellence
- Establish a central, searchable repository with version control and metadata standards
- Define governance for document lifecycle, access control, and ownership
- Benchmark and apply best practices from best in class repositories
- Support rollout and training for standardized document management
Quality Systems - Standardized Process Templates
Collaborate with the quality team to define standardized process and template structuresReview current documentation and identy gaps or inconsistenciesDevelop a controlled library for process, producure and WI templatesAlign naming conventions and approval workflows to SBOS governancePilot templates in selected plants and collect user feedbackSBOS Playbook for Manufacturing Systems
Build the SBOS Playbook covering the six pilot manufacturing systemsConsolidate best practices, visual standards, and lessons learnedIntegrate system interconnections and links to templates and KPIsEnsure alignment with the SBOS House, PDCA cycles, and standard workPrepare the playbook for future replication across additional sitesRequirements
