2nd Shift : 1 : 30 pm - 9 : 30 pm

About the role : Under close supervisory direction, assist in the daily support of products, processes, materials, and equipment in order to achieve production goals (i.e., quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and safety).

Work Mode : At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Relocation : Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Identify and troubleshoot process, material or equipment problems to minimize downtime
• Revise existing documents, processes, and / or methods to correct or improve processes / product
• Execute validation plans and compile data
• Assist in Value Improvement (VIP) and Employee Involvement Team (EIT) projects, implementing new equipment or processes or improving existing ones for cost savings
• Collect data and perform basic statistical analysis for process characterization and scrap reduction goals
• Work with departmental customers to improve material quality and delivery
• Train and provide technical support to product builders

Required qualifications :
