Regional Property Manager - Multi Family

JCI-Management is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee and manage a segment of a portfolio of multifamily properties. This position will require navigating a dynamic work environment that blends traditional office settings with the on-the-go nature of property oversight. The workspace is an equal amount of in the field work- inspecting properties, meeting with site managers, and engaging with tenants- and behind a desk, strategizing and reporting

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management and daily operations of a portion of multifamily properties within a portfolio of properties in Austin Texas, ensuring consistency in compliance, and performance and service
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition, identify necessary repairs or improvements, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Report to the Senior Regional Manager
• Hire, train, and mentor onsite staff and property managers
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Prepare and manage annual budgets for each property, including forecasting revenue, controlling expenses, and making adjustments as necessary to meet financial objectives
• Collaborate with marketing personnel to drive occupancy, optimize pricing, and maintain competitive positioning in diverse markets.
• Compliance & Reporting to ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws, local regulations, and company policies
• Attend weekly and monthly property meetings to provide regular reporting to senior leadership and ownership
