We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as an Outside Sales and Benefits Representative. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to learn from the best in our company, and receive mentorship from our executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educating and offering clients on a needs based approach about their options with Supplemental Benefits
• Service existing client base, schedule inbound leads for appointments, and help manage client relationships.
• Supervision of team activity and results
• Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems.
• Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
• Daily focus on client management/growth, training, and leadership development
