We are seeking a passionate and visionary leader for the role of Director of Pediatric Medicine. As the head of our dynamic department, you will guide and enhance our clinical, educational, and research activities. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of pediatric care within a renowned academic medical center.

Your key responsibilities will include :

We welcome candidates who are accomplished leaders in pediatrics with a minimum of 10 years of experience in academic or clinical leadership. Applicants should hold an M.D., D.O., or equivalent degree, board certification in pediatrics or a pediatric subspecialty, and the qualifications for an Associate or Full Professor position within our Institute for Academic Medicine.

Success in this role requires a demonstrated ability in faculty, staff, and trainee development, alongside the skills to navigate a large academic department's opportunities and challenges. You will work closely with the Chief Academic Officer and the Dean of the Medical School to further our clinical mission across all divisions.
