NOW HIRING : Personal Trainer $25-27 / hour

We are seeking a highly motivated personal trainer for our team at Alloy Personal Training at our NEW STUDIO in Lake Worth, FL.

HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE : The ideal match will coach 10-25 hours per week. You'll be leading sessions and supporting new sales. The perfect match will have on-the-floor skills and will be able to participate in selling, grassroots campaigns and community events.

HOURLY COMPENSATION RANGES FROM $25-27 / hour

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS : You will be an instrumental part of the studio while you lead clients and support ongoing membership sales. As a Personal Trainer, you'll spend roughly 10-25 hrs / week conducting small group personal training sessions in our studio. In addition, you will have some hours spent on sales and training.

CAREER GROWTH : You will be working closely with our founding team in the South

Florida market. Realistically, there is opportunity for growth as we bring new studios to

this area. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to get in on the ground

floor of a fast-growing franchise brand looking to scale to multiple units in the near

future. Since 2020, Alloy Personal Training has sold over 250 studios and has launched

100+ new studios in the USA.

Requirements :

• Experience in fitness-related sales
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
• Computer literacy
• Evening and weekends hours are required
