Housekeepers clean guest roomsthey provide stayover service to in-house guests and provide checkout service for incoming guests. Housekeepers help create the best experience possible to resort guests, ensuring rooms are above cleanliness expectations and supporting the AAA Four Diamond brand expectation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide stayover service based on which type each guest chooses
• Provide checkout service per the Housekeeping Training Manualcleaning the room to ready it for the next guest

Note anything broken or missing from the unit
