Job descriptionLoad and book commercial leases and loans in the Aspire system Perform file audits to verify data accuracy and integrity Produce, review, and explain ad-hoc reports for Senior Management Analyze the portfolio to create presentations and charts for Senior Management Process property tax bills and invoice customers from taxing jurisdictions Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting / finance role Intermediate knowledge of accounting and tax rules as they apply to leases Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook 3+ years of experience in the equipment finance industry
