Our California Active Consulting team in LA County, CA is currently recruiting for Behavior Technicians to coach and train on skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans with family members, caregivers and agency staff, such as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). The Behavior Technician will help families and providers build capacity by training them on data collection, certain types of assessments (e.g., stimulus preference assessments), and monitoring of Behavior Support Plans.
