VHS is looking for a qualified Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care.

Adult Primary Care
Volume : 20 patients per day
Monday - Friday
8 : 00-5 : 00
Dates of Coverage
Jan - End of March (Q1)
Our 1st need is January 5th, however this will be dependent upon how quickly the provider can be credentialed. We will also need time to complete a protocol agreement with the GCMB.
Epic Training is every other week 8-4 : 30p. Epic training can only happen after credentialing and must be completed before the provider can start.
