Project Manager – Commercial & Agricultural Construction (Greater Orlando)

💰 Up to $140,000 + benefits

📍 Greater Orlando area (local candidates only)

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a track record delivering commercial or agricultural construction projects ? This is a chance to join a well-established Florida-based General Contractor that’s growing rapidly across Central Florida.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on taking ownership — managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships — while leading teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

What you’ll be doing :

• Overseeing ground-up and renovation projects in commercial and agricultural sectors
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams from pre-construction to close-out
• Working closely with owners and design teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Tracking budgets, schedules, and change orders with precision
• Driving a strong culture of safety and accountability on site

What we’re looking for :

✅ 5+ years of PM experience in commercial or agricultural construction

✅ Strong organizational and leadership skills

✅ Excellent communication and client-facing ability

✅ Must be based in the Greater Orlando area (or within daily commuting distance)
