We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide exceptional patient care in a clinical setting under the supervision of a physician or licensed healthcare provider. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about making a difference in patients' lives!

Key Responsibilities :

• Room patients and take vital signs, including health history, ensuring all documentation is accurate and takes place in our electronic medical record system.
• Administer injections and assist with minor procedures, contributing to the overall patient care experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms, ensuring compliance with OSHA and DHEC guidelines.
• Manage patient flow efficiently, assisting with appointment scheduling, referrals, and providing necessary patient education.
• Observe and report patient conditions to healthcare providers, respond to phone inquiries, and provide instructions as directed.
• Triaging patients and preparing them for physician examinations and treatments.

Qualifications :

CMA I Required Minimum Training and Education : High school diploma or equivalent along with completion of an accredited medical assistant program. Experience in patient care is preferred.

CMA Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations : Certification through recognized organizations such as AMT, AAMA, NHA, or equivalent, along with current BLS certification.

Physical Requirements : Applicants must be able to perform physical activities including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and have the ability to work in a latex-safe environment.
