EY-Parthenon - Strategy and Execution - Commercial Strategy (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1645204), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Boston, MA.

Responsibilities

• Support the customer, commercial and revenue implications during a transaction to realize improved returns. Lead and execute strategy development, transactions, and turn-arounds for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to realize improved returns for clients by identifying and unlocking value through improvements in corporate strategy, go-to-market strategy (including digital), commercial operating model, and optimization of the commercial functions (sales, service, marketing, pricing), while minimizing customer disruption.
• Identify, define, quantify, and realize sustainable value through revenue enhancement and cost and margin improvement tied to the commercial aspects of the clients\u2019 business.
• Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress.
• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week, 8 : 30 am 5 : 30 pm.

The base salary for this job is $245,005.00 per year. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
