Group Manager, Measurement Testing

This role can be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, New York or Chicago.
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Group Manager to lead our Incremental Testing function within the Measurement Strategy & Testing (MSTAT) team. This team is responsible for developing measurement frameworks and roadmaps across all business functions, and this role will be pivotal in validating attribution models and driving testing excellence across marketing.
You will lead a team of talented testing experts, define the long-term vision for our testing program, and partner cross-functionally to deliver insights that shape marketing investment decisions and KPI frameworks. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong analytical acumen, statistical expertise, and stakeholder influence.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and / or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
