This entry-level position supports daily operations through accurate data entry, basic math calculations, and communication with internal teams. Key Responsibilities

• Enter shipment, order, and inventory data accurately into our system.
• Verify quantities, SKUs, and shipment details for accuracy.
• Support warehouse and logistics teams by printing labels, verifying documents, and organizing paperwork.
• Perform basic calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication) for order quantities, weights, and invoices.
• Communicate with warehouse staff and drivers in a polite, professional, and calm manner.
• Assist in maintaining organized digital and physical records (BOLs, packing lists, invoices).
• Help monitor incoming and outgoing shipments, flagging discrepancies or errors early.
