Supply Chain Analyst III
The Supply Chain Analyst - NPD is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and transacting supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products for the New Product Development (NPD) organization. This role involves data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
This role will be located onsite at our Katy, TX facility.

Job Requirements
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain relevant dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support demand planning and inventory management through forecasting and modeling for the NPD group
- Collaborate with NPD engineering, Project Management Office (PMO), materials planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure alignment across the supply chain
- Assist in the implementation of supply chain systems and tools
- Monitor supplier performance and support vendor evaluation processes for the NPD group
- Conduct root cause analysis for supply disruptions and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare presentations and reports for leadership to support strategic initiatives
- Drives results through collaboration, influence, and direct reporting relationships
- Collaborates effectively with colleagues and peers
- Interacts and / or negotiates effectively with external and / or internal individuals
- Actively drives self-improvement related to training, coaching, and mentorship from others
- Utilizes lean methodologies to drive business initiatives
- Collaborate with vendors to provide solutions and resolve technical queries
What Your Background Should Look Like
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field5+ years' experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations analysisStrong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite especially ExcelAbility to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologiesAble to deliver quality results with minimal oversight and directionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well with others of diverse backgroundsWillingness to shift priorities as business pressures demandWe Value :
