Job description

KAYGEN is an emerging leader in providing top talent for technology-based staffing services. We specialize in providing high-volume contingent staffing, direct hire staffing and project-based solutions to companies worldwide ranging from startups to Fortune 500 and Managed Service Providers (MSP) across a wide variety of industries.

This position would be supporting the day-to-day tasks of software compliance, including tracking, maintaining, fulfilling service tickets, and coordinating software installation and reviewing all types of software across the organization.

In addition, this position will assist with the implementation of our Software Asset Management (SAM) system.

This position needs to be built with a more structured and efficient approach to software oversight.

This includes, but not limited to, helping ensure compliance, provisioning cloud software, analyzing consumption patterns to identify unused licenses and recommend the best licensing options, using available tools and services available for license management, Saas, and cloud cost consumption, create processes and use technologies for managing and optimizing the purchase, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and disposal of software applications, assist in developing and running scripts for software audits, and improving visibility into our licensing and application usage.

The Sr. IT Support Analyst will work in a very busy team-oriented environment. The Sr. IT Support Analyst responsibilities will be supporting the day-to-day tasks of software compliance, including tracking, maintaining, fulfilling service tickets, and coordinating software installation and reviewing all types of software across the organization.

These tasks include but are not limited to :

  • Recommend the best licensing options.
  • Build a more structured and efficient approach to software oversight.
  • Ensure compliance, provisioning cloud software, analyzing consumption patterns to identify unused licenses and recommend the best licensing options.
  • Use available tools and services available for license management (Saas, and cloud cost consumption).
  • Create processes and use technologies for managing and optimizing the purchase, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and disposal of software applications.
  • Assist in developing and running scripts for software audits and improving visibility into our licensing and application usage..
  • Assisting Ticketing Requests and reporting.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to work collaboratively with coworkers and demonstrate critical thinking skills. The Sr. IT Support Analyst will prioritize work assignments, be detail oriented and have strong communication skills.
