Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
General Responsibilities :
Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiencesOversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standardsDrive sales and profitability while managing labor and food costsLead, coach, and develop hourly team members and junior managersMaintain operational excellence and uphold brand standardsRole-Specific Responsibilities :
ManagerAssists with front-of-house leadership and guest satisfactionEnsures smooth shift execution and staff engagementSupports scheduling, inventory, and opening / closing proceduresAssistant General ManagerSupports the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operationsHelps drive team culture and performanceActs as a key leadership contact for daily executionKitchen ManagerOversees back-of-house operations and food quality standardsTrains and leads kitchen staff in execution, cleanliness, and speedPartners closely with the FOH team to ensure seamless serviceQualifications
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in restaurant managementFull-service dining experience preferredStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead a team in a high-paced environmentAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysCommitment to providing exceptional guest serviceStrong organizational and time management skills
