Location : 418 N Main St, Penn Yan, NY 14527

Duration : 3 Months Contract

Education : H.S. Diploma / GED Equivalent Required.

Shift Details : (3x12s) 11 : 00 AM – 11 : 30 PM + Every Other Weekend, Holidays

Job Description :

• Maintain discretion with confidential information and interact courteously with patients, families, and staff.
• Assist with vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs, hygiene, transport, and procedures under RN supervision.
• Monitor patient conditions, report changes to nursing staff, and assist with wound care or dressing setup.
• Accurately enter orders in Meditech and keep patients and families informed during their visit.

Adhere to infection control, fall prevention, and support behavioral interventions.
