Key Responsibilities
Take full commercial responsibility for a portfolio and the team's overall book of business
Lead and coach a team of 3-5 Account Executives, ensuring consistent performance and growth
Drive pipeline growth and renewal performance through strategic account planning and execution
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of sales leadership experience with a hands-on sales mentality
Proven track record in full-funnel B2B sales, including client acquisition and account expansion
Experience in account planning and execution with measurable business impact
Data-driven and analytical, leveraging insights for decision-making
Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)
