Bar Operations Specialist - Austin

This is a remote position with an ideal base location in Austin. The position will be responsible for supporting accounts in Austin and surrounding markets.

What the Role Is

As a Bar Operations Specialist, you'll represent a select group of premium spirits from the Heaven Hill portfolio. This position will drive sales, build advocacy, and elevate brand awareness through strategic market activations, education, and events.

In this position, you will champion premium spirits, including Tequila Ocho, Widow Jane Whiskey, Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond, Old Fitz 7 Year, Rittenhouse Rye, Mezcal Vago, and Bluecoat Gin.

How You Will Spend Your Time?

• Expand distribution and secure menu placements in key accounts.
• Lead staff trainings, trade education, and consumer experiences.
• Build strong relationships with industry influencers to grow brand presence.
• Collaborate with sales teams and distributor partners to execute market plans.
• Represent the brand at major trade shows, regional events, and national activations.
• Organize and deliver impactful brand education programs.
