An Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) who is also qualified to work as an RN First Assistant (RNFA).\n\nType of RN Needed : \n\nRNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) — someone who assists surgeons directly during operations (handling instruments, suturing, etc.).\n\nMust also be able to work as : \n\nScrub Nurse – preparing instruments and maintaining the sterile field, or\n\nCirculating Nurse – managing the overall environment in the OR and assisting the surgical team.
