Role Overview

As a Tax Attorney, you will play a key role advising clients on U.S. and international tax matters, including :

• Structuring cross-border transactions and investments
• Advising on tax-efficient strategies for multinational entities and individuals
• Navigating complex U.S. federal income tax issues, including inbound and outbound investments
• Supporting estate and trust planning with international components
• Collaborating with attorneys across corporate, litigation, and private client practices
