Job description

Office Administrator

We are seeking a diligent and organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks crucial to the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities :

  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Set up and maintain the kitchen area to ensure it is clean and well-stocked.
  • Greet guests professionally and manage the visitor badge process.
  • Provide general office support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Collaborate with facilities to maintain a functional and efficient work environment.

Essential Skills :

  • Strong administrative and organizing skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in overseeing office operations.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office environment.
  • Work Environment :

    This position requires working Thursdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, totaling 30 hours per week with the potential for full-time conversion. The role is initially temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent. The work environment is fast-paced and growing rapidly, offering exciting opportunities for career advancement.

    Job Type & Location :

    This is a contract position based out of Shelton, Connecticut.

    Pay and Benefits :

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
