Pediatrics Physician Opportunity Northern Illinois

    • Qualifications

  • MD or DO Required
  • Board Certified / Eligible in Pediatrics (board certification within 5 years if not already certified)
  • Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain
  • Active DEA license or ability to obtain
  • Bi-annual CPR certification preferred
